Networking & wireless
Enterprise network design, failover, VPN and Wi-Fi that holds up.

Overview
The network is the one system every other system depends on, and it is usually the least documented. We handle network design, rebuilds and support for offices, manufacturing plants and warehouses, including buildings where metal racking, machinery and distance make wireless coverage difficult.
Every engagement starts with an evaluation on site and ends with documentation that you keep.
What we do
- Network assessments. An on-site evaluation of every location: what is installed, how it is connected, where it is failing and what it would take to fix.
- Wireless surveys and design. Coverage measured on the floor, access points placed for the way the building is used, and roaming tuned for handheld scanners and other devices that move.
- Core redesign and segmentation. A clean, labeled core network with separate segments for office systems, production equipment, guests and voice.
- Firewalls and secure access. Firewalls managed from one console, individual administrator accounts with two-factor sign-in, and intrusion alerts that somebody reads.
- Redundant internet and failover. A second connection that takes over on its own when the first one fails, tested before you need it.
- VPN. Secure links between your sites and for staff working remotely.
- Monitoring and support. Equipment and circuits watched around the clock, with day-to-day network support and an engineer on site when a problem cannot be solved remotely.
- Documentation. Current diagrams, device lists and configurations, kept up to date as the network changes.
When to call us
- Scanners or laptops drop off the wireless in parts of the building.
- One internet outage stops the whole business.
- Nobody has a current diagram of the network.
- Each site has different equipment, different logins and a different person who understands it.
- Guest devices share a network with your business systems.
How we work
01
Assess on site
We walk every location, test coverage and map what is installed, then compare it with how the business needs to operate.
02
Document and plan
You get current-state diagrams and an improvement plan to review and approve before any change is made.
03
Implement and support
We make the approved changes around your operating hours and remain available for day-to-day network support.
What we work with
- Switching and wireless. Ubiquiti UniFi, Cisco Meraki, and Cisco Catalyst switches and wireless controllers
- Firewalls. UniFi gateways, Fortinet FortiGate and SonicWall
- Access and VPN. RADIUS authentication, and site-to-site and remote-access VPN
- Devices on the floor. Zebra handheld scanners and mobile computers
This is a sample of what we work with, not the full list. If your platform is not here, ask. We have very likely worked with it, or with something close to it.
