Overview
AI assistants become useful when they can reach your real business data, and risky for exactly the same reason. We help companies put assistants to work inside the systems they already use, with access that is deliberate, limited and visible.
We use these tools in our own engineering work every day, so our advice comes from practice, including the parts that do not work yet.
What we do
- Assistant connections. AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT connected to your store, files and business systems.
- Custom connectors. Connectors built for your situation, for example one assistant working across several stores, with permissions finer than the standard connection allows.
- AI search and shopping. Your product catalog published where AI assistants can read it, so your products can appear when people ask.
- Tool selection. Plain advice on which AI products are ready for your business, which to test with a small budget, and which to leave for now.
- Access and security review. A check of what each AI tool can see and change, and what happens to your data, before it is connected.
- AI-assisted quality checks. AI review used alongside our engineers on repetitive testing, such as checking one email across dozens of mail programs.
