Digital phone systems

We are a RingCentral partner. We design phone systems and contact centers around how you take calls, and we support Cisco and Asterisk too.

Overview

We have built business phone systems since they lived in a closet: on-premise Cisco and Asterisk first, cloud platforms now. The technology has changed. The work is still about how a call should travel through your business and what happens when nobody picks up.

As a RingCentral partner we plan the system around who calls you and why, then build it, test it and move you across with your numbers intact.

What we do

  • RingCentral phone systems. Business phone service planned, set up and supported by a RingCentral partner, for one office or many.
  • RingCentral contact centers. Voice, email, web chat and text messages handled in one set of queues, with reporting for managers.
  • Call flow design. Auto-attendants, queues, business hours, greetings and voicemail designed around how your customers actually call.
  • Business texting. Carrier registration, consent wording and the website changes needed before your business is allowed to send text messages.
  • CRM integration. Calls and texts logged against the customer record, and the record opened for the agent as the call arrives.
  • Cisco and Asterisk. Support, upgrades and voicemail migrations for existing systems, and a planned route to the cloud when you are ready.
  • Number porting and cutover. Numbers moved on a schedule, with the new system tested in advance and an engineer watching on the day.

When to call us

  • Callers get lost in the menu or reach voicemail during business hours.
  • Staff give out personal mobile numbers because the office system is awkward.
  • The phone system is old and nobody knows how to change it.
  • You want to text customers and are unsure what the rules are.
  • Agents type call notes into the CRM by hand after every call.

How we work

01

Map the calls

We document who calls, who answers and what should happen after hours, before choosing or changing a platform.

02

Build and test

Call flows, queues, greetings and integrations are built and tested ahead of the cutover date.

03

Cut over and support

We move numbers and users on a planned schedule and stay close afterwards to correct anything that surfaces.

What we work with

  • RingCentral. RingEX business phone, RingCX contact center and RingSense
  • Other platforms. Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Unity, Asterisk and Five9
  • Integrations. Salesforce, Twilio, Slack and case-management systems
  • Business texting. Carrier registration through The Campaign Registry

This is a sample of what we work with, not the full list. If your platform is not here, ask. We have very likely worked with it, or with something close to it.
